ICAR-Central Institute for Women in Agriculture had participated in the exhibition at ICAR-NRRI, Cuttack on the occasion of its 71st Foundation Day and Dhan Diwas on 23rd April, 2017 and demonstrated its gender-friendly technologies through various models, posters etc. to sensitize the researchers, the farm women/farmers and other stake holders. The stall was visited by the Chief Guest, Hon'ble Secretary (DARE) & Director General (ICAR) Dr. Trilochan Mohapatra along with other dignitaties and the technologies were appreciated. About 1000 farm women/farmers visited the stall. The exhibition was coordinated by Mrs. Geeta Saha, Technical Officer, Dr. Sujit Kumar Nayak, Senior Technical Assistant, ICAR-CIWA, Bhubaneswar.
