ICAR-CIWA participated and put up it's exhibition stall in the Pusa Krishi Vigyan Mela 2020 at ICAR-IARI, New Delhi during 1-3 March, 2020. The ICAR-CIWA exhibition stall was put up with the display of posters, specimens, models and literature on gender-friendly technologies. More than 1000 farmers and farmwomen from different parts of India visited the pavilion, and were briefed about the research and extension activities of the Institute, its role in women empowerment and its technologies for drudgery reduction in farm and home activities, nutrition and livelihood security. The ICAR-CIWA team, consisting of Dr. J. Charles Jeeva, Mr. Manoranjan Prusty and Er. Pragati Kishore Rout participated in the exhibition and showcased the CIWA technologies.
