As part of the 'Swachhta Pakhwada' campaign being observed during 16-31 December, 2019, the basic maintenance works such as cleanliness drive including cleaning of offices, corridors and premises was carried out at ICAR-Central Institute for Women in Agriculture (ICAR-CIWA), Bhubaneswar on 17th December, 2019. Stock taking on digitization of office records/ e-office implementation was done. Most of the documents such as QRT, RAC and IRC proceedings have been digitized. The information bulletins such as technical bulletins, annual reports and newsletters have been digitized, and uploaded in the Institutes' website. The digitized documents including research articles have also been uploaded in KRISHI portal. The e-office concept is implemented with digital/ cashless transactions, and following e-procurement through CPP portal. As part of the campaign, weeding out old records, disposing of old and obsolete furniture and junk materials were also carried out.
