An one-day Workshop on Training and Awareness for e-Journal and e-Literature/CERA was organized at ICAR- Central Institute for Women in Agriculture, Bhubaneswar on 4th May 2018 to increase the usage and awareness of the J-Gate@CERA platform among scientific, technical and administrative staff of the institute and improve their understanding of the world of R&D on J-Gate. The workshop was jointly conducted by ICAR-CIWA, Bhubaneswar and Informatics-J-gate Discovery Platform. Sri Mahendra Nath Sarkar , Training Manager, J-Gate@CERA from Informatics Publishing Limited, Bangalore demonstrated the pathway for navigating the J-Gate and CERA platform and explained its various aspect of research and development which will help all in their R&D work. During the workshop, Dr Santosh Kumar Srivastav, Director, ICAR-CIWA, facilitated fruitful interaction among the participants and expert. He assured all participants that, the constraints in accessing the literatures pertaining to institute’s mandate and area of work will be addressed by correspondence with CeRA and ICAR-DKMA. The workshop was co-ordinated by DR Laxmi Priya Sahoo, Scientist In-Charge Library and Mrs Geeta Saha, Librarian of ICAR-CIWA, Bhubaneswar.
