ICAR- CIWA organized one day Capacity Building Programme - Mission possible on the occasion of World Environment Day on 5 June, 2018. Nodal of the programme, Ms. Gayatri Moharana delivered a brief welcome address and introduced the invited trainers from Indian Society for Training and Development, Bhubaneswar Chapter. The chief guest, Honourable Director, ICAR-CIWA, Bhubaneswar delivered the presidential address. He shared the history and importance of the World Environment Day. He encouraged us to stop the use of single use plastic to support this year's theme of “Beat Plastic Pollution” . All the participants of programme made a promise for contributing a green deed daily through formation of a human chain.

The technical session was conducted in three sessions. First session was taken by Ms. Nidhi Garg. She taught techniques of team building and demonstrated it through various team building activities. The second session was conducted by Dr. Pratap Chandra Panda and he delivered a lecture regarding motivational skills. He also help understand them through role play activities. The third and concluding session was delivered by Dr. Ashok Kumar Panda regarding proper communication skills. He insisted on importance of positive information deliver and active listening for successful execution of any project. The program was concluded with vote of thanks by Er. Chaitrali S Mhatre. The programme was coordinated by Ms Gayatri Moharana, Er Chaitrali S. Mhatre, Er P.K. Rout and Er. Subrat K Das.
